Inclusion Criteria
Patient presenting with acute rhinosinusitis in ENT OPD, AVMC&H
Age between 18 to 60 years
Patient willing to give informed and written consent
Patient willing to follow up
Exclusion Criteria
Symptoms for more than 4 weeks
Critically ill patients
Patient with asthma and any other allergic condition.
4. Previous history of any nose surgery.
