1.Individuals willing to take part in the study.
2.Subjects who are advised for root canal treatment.
3.Patients who are undergoing root canal treatment for first time.
1.Having history of significant psychosis/ cognitive impairment.
2.Patient with acute illness or terminally ill patients.
3.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
4.Patientâ??s already practicing yoga.
5.Patient with prior history of traumatic dental experience.
6.Patient with history of systemic disease.
7.Patients under medication like antihypertensive, sedatives and hypnotics
