Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Tooth with symptomatic apical periodontitis needing conventional endodontic procedure (Heft Parker\-Visual Analog Scale(HP\-VAS) score \>54\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Systematic diseases, allergic reactions, pregnancy
- •2\. Patients who had taken analgesics within the last 3 days
- •3\.Non\-vital tooth, sinus tract, periapical radiolucency
- •4\. Severe periodontal disease, swelling, periodontal pockets \>3mm
- •5\. Occlusal disorders/ parafunctional habits/ smoking/ alcohol/ tobacco chewing
- •6\. Medications for anxiety/ psychosis
