1.Those who are in between 20 to 65 years of age.
2.Those who are on maintenance dialysis for a minimum period of one year.
3.Those who can read and write Kannada or English.
4.Those who score a cut off of minimum seven in any of the areas of Anxiety or depression on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.
5.Those who are willing to participate in the study.
1.Those who have memory impairment.
2.Those who are diagnosed with psychiatric illness.
3.Those who are critically ill.
4.Those who have cognitive disorders like delirium or dementia.
5.Those who have significant vision or hearing impairments.
6.Those who are currently receiving additional psychotherapeutic treatment from another source.
