Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients presenting with diagnosed case of Ajeerna.

2. Patients presenting with diagnosed case of Arochaka.

3. Patients presenting with diagnosed case of Amlapitta.

4. Patients presenting with diagnosed case of Grahani.

5. Patients of age group between 18-60 years.

6. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients having age below 18 or above 60 years.

2. Patients having dental problems, Oral Cancer or other clinical conditions.

3. Patients having upper Respiratory tract infection.

4. Patients having known case of Renal failure and related problems.

5. Patients having Heart problems.

6. Patients having habit of chewing pan, tobacco and gutka etc.

1. Patients with diagnosed cases of Annavaha Srotodushti Vikara - Ajeerna, Arochaka, Amlapitta, Grahani will be screened. <br/ ><br>2. Informed consent will be taken. <br/ ><br>3. The tongue will be examined in natural light. <br/ ><br>4. HD image of dorsal, ventral, lateral surface of tongue will be taken and examined. <br/ ><br>5. Moistness of tongue will be assessed by filter paper. <br/ ><br>6. pH of tongue will be checked with pH paperTimepoint: 2hour/patient

To get a detailed conceptual knowledge about Jihva Pariksha according to Ayurveda principles and its modern co-relation. <br/ ><br>4. To study Jihva pariksha through Image for better understanding.Timepoint: 2 years
