Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing unilateral modified radical mastectomy
- •Asa 1,2 and 3
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Allergic to local anesthetic agents
- •Patients with psychiatric disorders
- •Contraindicated to regional anesthesia(indicating coagulopathy, infection at the injection site)
- •History of chronic use of opioids
