- •1 patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy with or without ovarian surgery
- •2 choice of anesthesia is spinal anesthesia
- •3 age 18 65 years old
- •4 American physical status class 1 2
- •5 elective surgery
排除标准
- •1.history of allergy to medications in the study
- •2.mental diseases
- •3.chronic pain
- •4.concurrent other anxiolytic or sedative drugs use
- •5.inability to PCA use
- •6.severe cardiac, liver or kidney diseases
- •7.history of suspected obstructive sleep apnea
