Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.Neck pain due to non traumatic musculoskeletal condition such as muscle tightness, muscle strain, ligament sprain, occupational activities such as mobile, desktop usage cumulative for 4 hours or more, psychosocial factors and/or lifestyle issues.
  • •2.Neck pain >3 months
  • •3.Age 20- 60 years
  • •4.Both male and female

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.Neurological conditions like nerve roots irritation due to herniated disc, osteophyte or spinal stenosis, etc
  • •2.Traumatic Orthopaedic/ Neurological condition like spinal cord injury,etc
  • •3.Recent history of surgery
  • •4.Pregnancy
  • •5.Physical conditions such as Epilepsy, bleeding haemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, persistent cough, nausea and vomiting etc
