Inclusion Criteria

Elevated levels of perceived stress (PSS-10 > 22)
- Age between 18 and 70 years

Exclusion Criteria

- Wearing a pacemaker
- Cardiovascular disease (e.g. myocarditis)
- Cardiovascular medication
- BMI < 17 kg/m²; > 30 kg/m²
- Severe internal, neurological or mental illnesses
- Psychotropic drugs

Primary Outcome Measures

Indicators of HRV (e.g. Root mean square of successive differences [RMSSD], high frequency [HF]; via ECG; Nexus-10 biofeedback device), experience of stress (Perceived Stress Scale [PSS-10])<br><br>The primary endpoints are measured at four different points in time (before and after the intervention at T1, before and after the intervention at T2).<br>
