Inclusion Criteria
Elevated levels of perceived stress (PSS-10 > 22)
- Age between 18 and 70 years
Exclusion Criteria
- Wearing a pacemaker
- Cardiovascular disease (e.g. myocarditis)
- Cardiovascular medication
- BMI < 17 kg/m²; > 30 kg/m²
- Severe internal, neurological or mental illnesses
- Psychotropic drugs
