Inclusion Criteria
- •The patient criteria for inclusion of two cohorts in the retrospective study are:\-
- •(a) patients with index admission as Acute Myocardial Infarction, and
- •(b) patients with index admission of Stroke.
- •(c) All age group and gender would be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •No exclusions within the two cohorts
