Inclusion Criteria
The patient criteria for inclusion of two cohorts in the retrospective study are:-
(a) patients with index admission as Acute Myocardial Infarction, and
(b) patients with index admission of Stroke.
(c) All age group and gender would be included
Exclusion Criteria
No exclusions within the two cohorts
