This study is a randomized controlled trial comparing the safety and efficacy of Sookshma Eladi choornam 3 grm BID orally and Atorvastatin orally for 3 months in 100 patients of Hyperlipidaemias. The study was completed on 23-7-2020. Total number of dropouts in the study were 5 patients. The observations and results were obtained. Statistical analysis done.

入选标准

•Patients of age group between 30 years and
•Patients of either gender.
•(Females not on oestrogen therapy) Patients with HTN, DM and Obesity.

排除标准

•Hyperlipidaemias due to 1.Genetic causes 2.Thyroid abnormalities 5.Alcohol abuse 4.familial hypercholesterolemia
•Significant hepatic or renal function test abnormalities 6.Drug intake : Corticosteroids, Diuretics, Beta-blockers, Oral contraceptives, Cyclosporin, Androgens & Retinoids.
