- 40
patients with allergic rhinitis confirmed with skin prick test or specific IgE
- regular medical control for at least a month with visual analogue scale score (VAS) >/= 5
1.VAS score > 7, need topical decongestant or systemic steroid to control symptoms
2.untreated sinusitis
3.nasal or sinus surgery in 3 months
4.contraindication for acupressure or peak nasal inspiratory flow such as wound, infection or dermatitis at face or over the skin of acupoints , bleeding tendency or coagulopathy which may easily bruising
5.Uncontrolled asthma
