入选标准
- •(1) Symptoms of pain and stiffness in predominantly 1 shoulder for = 3 months, and restriction of passive motion = 30° in = 2 planes of movement,(2) total score= 30 Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI)
排除标准
- •(1) a history of trauma, fractures, and previous shoulder surgery.(2) rheumatological disorder, (3) Allergy to the local anesthetic or iodinated contrast, (4) taking oral steroids, oral antibiotics, or anticoagulants (5) contraindication of corticosteroid injection
