Inclusion Criteria

Patients with signs and symptoms of fistula in ano

Patients with fissure in ano , haemorrhoids along with fistula in ano

Patients with bhagandara lakshanas as described in Ayurvedic classics

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women

Immuno compromised patients

Malignancy

Fistula in ano caused by systemic disorders like IBD, ulcerative colitis ,chrons disease etc.,
