Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Students of class 10th of any gender those who are fulfilling the criteria of stress will be selected and screening will be done with modified perceived stress scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1) Children with known psychiatric disorders.
- •(2) Children with gross damage causing mental retardation.
- •(3) Children with known intellectual disability.
- •(4) Those who donâ??t want to be a part of the study.
