入排标准
入选标准
- •1. More than 3 months post stroke
- •2. MCA stroke
- •3. No cognitive issue (Mini-Mental State Examination >25)
- •4. Manual Muscle Test grade greater than 2
- •5. Age 25 - 70 years
- •6. Residual upper limb movements:
- •a. 30° elevation of the arm (movement in shoulder joint with the elbow extended)
- •b. 20° wrist extension against gravity
- •c. 10° finger extension (proximal interphalanx and metacarpophalanx) of at least 1 finger against gravity
- •d. Ability to open the hand in any position so that a small ball (diameter, 1.8cm) could be accommodated.
- •7. Willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Pain while moving upper limb
- •2. Place of residence outside 30km radius from CMCH.
- •3. Allergy to use of plastic material.
