Inclusion Criteria
Written informed consent given
ASA physical status groups I or II
Ages 18â??65 years
Patients posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Body mass index above 35 kg/m2
Acute Cholecystitis
Pancreatitis or cholangitis
Previous open surgery in the upper abdomen,
Contraindication for pneumoperitoneum
Presence of any condition contra-indicating elective surgery or spinal anaesthesia.
Presence of any significant renal , hepatic , neurological diseases.
Patient allergic to any drug.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess and compare Surgeon and Patient satisfaction score. <br/ ><br>To sum up the discharge time and side effects and compare in both groups. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Score at end of surgery,4hr,8hr,12hr and 24hr.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hemodynamic Parameters( Heart rate,SBP,DBP,SpO2,RR)Timepoint: Every 2 mins for initial 10mins and thereafter every 5 mins till end of surgery. <br/ ><br>
