Inclusion Criteria
patients who are candidate for hemodialysis treatment at least 6 months; acceptance to participate in the study; having available veno-arterial fistula as vascular access and ability to recieve250 to 300 ml bicarbonate solution in each hemodialysis session for four hours.

Name Time Method Kt/V or Dialysis quality. Timepoint: Dialysis quality index is calculated before the intervention. Kt / V in the middle of each month and two weeks of the intervention is calculated. Method of measurement: Laboratory.
