- •ASA physical status 1 and 2, undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy surgeries
排除标准
- •Patients with medical history of (thromboembolic disease, ischemic heart disease, malignancy, hematuria, liver or kidney disease, or subarachnoid hemorrhage), parturients, nursing mothers, hormonal contraception, on drugs affecting coagulation(factor IX complex concentrates, Anti-inhibitor coagulant concentrates and trans-retinoic acid) and hypersensitivity to tranexamic Acid
