Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Both genders
- •2) Age 18 years to 60 years
- •3) Presence of Trapezius myofacial active trigger points
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Patient with needle phobia
- •2) unwilling patient
- •3) Patient with anticoagulant therapy or with thrombocytopenia
- •4) limb with lymphedema
- •5) Abnormal bleeding tendency
- •6) Compromised immune therapy
- •7) Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
- •8) Epilepsy
- •9) Vascular disease
- •10) any skin Infection
- •11) Pregnancy
