Inclusion Criteria
1) Both genders
2) Age 18 years to 60 years
3) Presence of Trapezius myofacial active trigger points
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient with needle phobia
2) unwilling patient
3) Patient with anticoagulant therapy or with thrombocytopenia
4) limb with lymphedema
5) Abnormal bleeding tendency
6) Compromised immune therapy
7) Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
8) Epilepsy
9) Vascular disease
10) any skin Infection
11) Pregnancy
