Severe mental illness according to ICD-10: Psychotic disorders according to ICD-10 (F20, F22, F25)
affective disorders according to ICD-10 (F32.2/F32.3; F33.2/F33.3)
Borderline personality disorder (F60.3)
Age between 18 and 65
informed consent
sufficient knowledge of german
Clinical global impression > 2
Global assessment of functioning > 29

severe cognitive impairment, CGI 1 - 2; GAF 1 - 29

Subproject 1:<br>- Survey of (1) psychiatric and somatic diagnoses and (2) medication of all inpatients on a cut-off date in the 3rd quarter. <br>Subproject 2:<br>Inclusion of 150 participants between 01.09.2021 and 01.03.2022. The questionnaire contains:<br>- sociodemographic data<br>- individual items on the somatic care supply (comorbidities, medication, health screening)<br>- general health literacy: HLS-EU Q16 (16 items)<br>- mental health literacy: MAKS (first 6 items)<br>- selfstigmatization: ISMI-10<br>- physical activity: IPAQ-SF<br>- somatic comorbidities: PHQ-15<br>- quality of life: SF-12<br>- severity of mental illness: K6
