Submental skin laxity is a common cosmetic problem when we are getting old. Bipolar radiofrequency is a new non-invasive procedure. Unlike the LASER, the radiofrequency device has no specific chromophore absorption. Thus, the device can be used on any skin type.

Inclusion Criteria

1. All subjects were healthy.
2. The age of subjects were 35-65 years old
3. Fitzpatrick skin type III-V.

Exclusion Criteria

1. pregnancy,
2. breastfeeding,
3. history of abnormal scarring or keloid,
4. active local or systemic infections,
5. botulinum toxin administration within the previous six months, soft tissue augmentation within one year,
6. ablative or non-ablative laser rejuvenation procedures within one year,
7. precancerous or cancer of the skin,
8. use of isotretinoin within the previous six months
9. body mass index (BMI) more than twenty-five.
