Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with symptomatic pulpitis/apical periodontitis/ Acute pain of endodontic origin
- •Pre operative Heft\-Parker pain score of 85 and above
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA III and IV health status
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Previously root canal initiated cases
