Inclusion Criteria
- •Able to give informed consent, random glucose \>200mg/dL, at least 16 teeth, chronic periodontitis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy, requirement for antibiotic cover for dental treatment, anticoagulant therapy, other serious illness.
