- •Nurses working in the emergency department with a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- •Having at least one year of clinical work experience in the emergency department
- •Absence of mental disorders according to DSM 5
- •Full consent to participate in the research

- •Do not want to continue participating in the study
- •transfer to another department or leaving the center during the study
- •Incomplete completion of the research questionnaire
- •Absence of more than 3 sessions in training programs
