•Patients with head and neck cancer who have indicated to experience anxiety in the palliative phase.

排除标准

•Patients younger than 18 years, incompetent, an anxiety disorder is diagnosed using the DSM-IV, patient in the terminal phase, is receiving treatment at the ear nose and throat department or if he / she can not write or speak the Dutch language.
