Inclusion Criteria
Colorectal cancer patients who underwent MSI analysis and PET CT scan at our center
Subjects who underwent CT analysis for the measurement of abdominal obesity
Korean adult population
Exclusion Criteria
- unintended progressive body weight loss within recent 6 months
- co-existing disease(s) that might lead to cachexia
- genetic disease such as familial adenomatous polyposis or Lynch’s syndrome (hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer)
- neoadjuvant chemo- or radiotherapy was performed before the operation
- CRC was resected endoscopically
