Inclusion Criteria
- •Colorectal cancer patients who underwent MSI analysis and PET CT scan at our center
- •Subjects who underwent CT analysis for the measurement of abdominal obesity
- •Korean adult population
Exclusion Criteria
- •- unintended progressive body weight loss within recent 6 months
- •- co-existing disease(s) that might lead to cachexia
- •- genetic disease such as familial adenomatous polyposis or Lynch’s syndrome (hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer)
- •- neoadjuvant chemo- or radiotherapy was performed before the operation
- •- CRC was resected endoscopically
