Patients with 18-60 years
ASA I and ASA II
Weight - 50-80 kgs
Orthopaedic lower limb cases
Exclusion Criteria
ASA III and more
Hypersensitivity to any drugs used in study
Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus and hypertension
Cardiac dysrhythmias
Coagulopathies
