- •NYHA with grade II & III, EF<= 50%, No evidence of ICD discharge past 3 months, Able to understand and speak Tamil or English fluently, Post ICD implantation period of minimum 3 months
排除标准
- •Patients with terminal illness (expected longevity <1year), Patient with psychiatric ill-ness, Patient with co morbidity illness which is restricted physical activity, USA/MI < last 3 months
