Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •NYHA with grade II \& III, EF\<\= 50%, No evidence of ICD discharge past 3 months, Able to understand and speak Tamil or English fluently, Post ICD implantation period of minimum 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with terminal illness (expected longevity \<1year), Patient with psychiatric ill\-ness, Patient with co morbidity illness which is restricted physical activity, USA/MI \< last 3 months
