(a) self-report an exercise behavior of less than four hours per week on average;
(b) possess a smartphone with internet connection and Bluetooth function, and have access to a USB port to charge the wearable
(a) have used a fitness app for longer than two weeks within the past six months;
(b) are currently injured or diseased, statutes which can potentially influence capability to exercise;
(c) are planning to travel for more than one week during the study period; and
(d) are engaging in an employment requiring night shifts on a regular basis.
