Inclusion Criteria
Thai Adult 18 years of age and over
Bodymass index within 18 - 30 kg/square meter
Vitamin D level (25(OH)D) less than 30 ng/ml
Exclusion Criteria
Renal insufficiency, eGFR less than 30 ml/min
Nephrotic syndrome
Renal calculi
Cirrhosis
Malabsorptive condition
Cancer
Hypercalcemia
Receive any vitamin D supplement or other drug which interfere with vitamin D metabolism esp. carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, steroid, lipase inhibitor, bile acid sequestrant, before enrollment within 6 months
