1.Healthy individuals and individuals with no other co morbidity than type 2 diabetes (Diagnosed at least in past 6 months) having shoulder pain
2.Patients with unilateral shoulder pain
3.Sub acute and chronic shoulder pain (more than 3 months)
4.Both males and females
5.Patients willing to participate in the study
1.Patients with bilateral shoulder pain
2.Participants having any h/o upper extremity surgeries/fractures
3.Congenital musculoskeletal conditions affecting shoulder/shoulder girdle (e.g. Sprengelâ??s deformity, Torticolis etc)
4.Referred pain to shoulder (e.g. Mechanical neck pain, congestive heart failure, spleenomegaly, pulmonary oedema etc)
5.Radiating pain to shoulder region (e.g. cervical pathologies)
6.Other musculoskeletal and neurological conditions of upper extremity affecting shoulder joint
