1.Diagnosed case of Kidney stone based on
USG/X-Ray (KUB).
2.Patients of age group between 20-60 years.
3.Patients of either sex.
1.Use of any diet i.e., Saffron, Amaltas
(Indian labrum), beet root, black berries, carrots, or drugs i.e., rifampicin, phenazopyridine, vit-b complex &iron supplements within previous 24 hours, as it may alter the colour, viscosity, turbidity and sediment in urine.
2.Use of Henna on palms or head within 48 hours.
3.H/o mundij, mushil, and mudirr therapy within previous 48 hours.
4.Females during their menstrual cycle.
5.Patient in state of starvation or fasting.
6.Pregnancy
7.Diabetes mellitus
8.Systemic disease (like CKD, nephrotic syndrome and liver diseases).
