入选标准
- •All patients with biopsy-proven or suspected abdominopelvic (gastrointestinal, hepato-pancreatico-biliary and gynaecological) malignancies of epithelial origin undergoing elective surgery with a potential curative intent
排除标准
- •Pre-Operative:
- •1.Patients with recurrent disease
- •2.Patients with metastatic disease (peritoneal/ elsewhere)
- •3.Patients with synchronous or metachronous intra-abdominal malignancies
- •4.Age less than 18 years
- •5.Patients not giving consent
- •Intra-operative:
- •6.Unresectable peritoneal/ parenchymal metastasis
- •7.Intra-operative detection of tumour perforation
- •8.Patients undergoing R2 resection
