Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with biopsy\-proven or suspected abdominopelvic (gastrointestinal, hepato\-pancreatico\-biliary and gynaecological) malignancies of epithelial origin undergoing elective surgery with a potential curative intent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pre\-Operative:
- •1\.Patients with recurrent disease
- •2\.Patients with metastatic disease (peritoneal/ elsewhere)
- •3\.Patients with synchronous or metachronous intra\-abdominal malignancies
- •4\.Age less than 18 years
- •5\.Patients not giving consent
- •Intra\-operative:
- •6\.Unresectable peritoneal/ parenchymal metastasis
- •7\.Intra\-operative detection of tumour perforation
- •8\.Patients undergoing R2 resection
