Inclusion Criteria
patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) admitted to IC
Exclusion Criteria
1.Non eclamptic causes of fits, including hysterical causes and epilepsy
2.Patients having chronic hypertension
3.Patients with h/o pre existing liver disease
4.Patients with h/o chronic kidney disease
5.Haematological abnormalities
6.Those with structural or functional cardiac problems
7.Sickle cell disease or trait
