Inclusion Criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer survivors and cancer fatigue;
2. Within 3-6 months after surgery for breast cancer, and not during chemotherapy;
3. Aged 18-75 years;
4. Karnofsky functional status rating scale (KPS) score is greater than or equal to 60;
5. Agree to participate in this study, understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Breast cancer IV level;
2. And take any hypnotic sedatives or psychoactive substances within 24 hours;
3. Combined with other cancers or more serious heart, liver, kidney and other chronic diseases;
4. Patients with mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment who cannot participate in cooperation;
5. Other physiological or pathological fatigue such as chronic fatigue syndrome;
6. Patients who had received acupuncture in the past 6 months;
7. Pregnant or nursing women.
