1.Patient vising during phase I of Periarthritis Shoulderâ?? painful phase that is within 5 months of onset of symptoms viz. Pain, Stiffness and Restricted range of movements.
2.Patients willing to undergo trial.
3.Patients with controlled Diabetes Mellitus.
1.Patients visiting after 5 months of onset of disease that is in phase II (stiff phase) and phase III (recovery phase) of Periarthritis Shoulder.
2.Age below 30 years and above 60 years.
3.Not willing to undergo trial.
4.Suffering from specific arthritis of shoulder joint.
5.Patients having any previous surgical procedure of shoulder.
6.Fracture of humerus.
7.Co-existence of lesions to rotator cuff, sub-acromian bursa, cervical spondylosis leading to shoulder pain.
8.Patients contraindicated for Agnikarma.
9.HIV, HBsAg positive patients.
10.Pregnancy.
11.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus.
12.Patients having any history of Malignancy,Hypertension, Tuberculosis etc.
13.Patients with pacemaker implants.
14.Patients with localized infection,abscess etc.
