Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients of either gender over 18 years of age
  • •2\. Patients having lesions on face, neck and thorax
  • •3\. Patients with a clinical diagnosis of tinea versicolor, confirmed by microscopic KOH test

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant and lactating females
  • •2\. Patients with:
  • •i. Contact dermatitis, Atopic dermatitis or other skin diseases
  • •ii. Other tinea infections
  • •iii. Hypersensitivity to study drugs
  • •iv. Therapy on other antifungal within a month
  • •v. Serious concomitant illness
  • •vi. Extensive tinea versicolor
