入选标准
- •Children who
- •regularly participate in Mid Day Meal Program
- •are apparently healthy
- •have no known/reported food allergies
- •have Haemoglobin >= 8g/dl
- •have weight for age (WAZ), height for age (HAZ) and/or weight for height (WHZ) >= -3 z score
- •have written assent and informed written consent from their parents and
- •willing to remain in the school and continue for the entire study duration
排除标准
- •Children who
- •do not participate or are irregular to the Mid Day Meal Program
- •are severely anaemic with Hb <8g/dl
- •are severely undernourished (WAZ, HAZ and WHZ below -3 z scores)
- •have any chronic diseases/ other medical complications
- •have reported/known food allergies
- •are on medicines that affect mineral absorption
- •are participating in any other research trial and refuse to participate in the study
