入选标准
- •1) Individuals with no history of surgery, trauma, or neurological conditions related to musculoskeletal disorders within the past 6 months 2) Individuals with no heart or lung diseases or pain 3) Individuals with no current pain that limits exercise 4) Individuals with no history of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment within the past 2 years 5) Individuals with no abnormalities in the vestibular system.
排除标准
- •During the experiment, participants who showed signs of pain were either given appropriate rest and allowed to return or excluded from the study. Participants who were no longer able to continue the experiment due to COVID-19 infection were also excluded. Exclusion criteria also applied to individuals who did not meet the inclusion criteria.
