Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 35 to 80 years;
2. Diagnosed with esophageal cancer;
3. Postoperative vital signs were stable;
4. Patients who can properly follow the rehabilitation treatment;
5. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. The heart rate exceeds 70% of maximum heart rates of his age allows, or decreases over 20% on the basis of the resting heart rate, < 40 times/min, > 130 times/min or new arrhythmias shows;
2. Systolic blood pressure < 90 or > 200 mmHg, mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg, dependent to vasoactive agents, active bleeding exists, and acute myocardial infarction shows;
3. Blood oxygen saturation <88%;
4. Respiratory rate < 5 times/min or > 40 times/min;
5. Mechanical ventilation: FiO2 >= 60%, PEEP >= 10 cmH2O, ventilation mode is controlled ventilation;
6. Serious diseases lead to not suitable for rehabilitation exercise;
7. Severe cognitive dysfunction;
8. Severe abdominal lesions of abdomen.
