入选标准
- •1. Aged 35 to 80 years;
- •2. Diagnosed with esophageal cancer;
- •3. Postoperative vital signs were stable;
- •4. Patients who can properly follow the rehabilitation treatment;
- •5. Signed the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. The heart rate exceeds 70% of maximum heart rates of his age allows, or decreases over 20% on the basis of the resting heart rate, < 40 times/min, > 130 times/min or new arrhythmias shows;
- •2. Systolic blood pressure < 90 or > 200 mmHg, mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg, dependent to vasoactive agents, active bleeding exists, and acute myocardial infarction shows;
- •3. Blood oxygen saturation <88%;
- •4. Respiratory rate < 5 times/min or > 40 times/min;
- •5. Mechanical ventilation: FiO2 >= 60%, PEEP >= 10 cmH2O, ventilation mode is controlled ventilation;
- •6. Serious diseases lead to not suitable for rehabilitation exercise;
- •7. Severe cognitive dysfunction;
- •8. Severe abdominal lesions of abdomen.
