入选标准
- •children with congenital bilateral deafness (or near-to-deaf hearing impairment),
- •- no progressive course of hearing impairment,
- •- age at treatment with CI = 48 months (or at the time of 1st adjustment CA = 48 months),
- •- at time of test, fitted with bilateral CI,
- •- all children with CI are registered at an ACIR center and participate in a rehabilitation program
- •- Interval between the two CI implantations = 12 months
- •- clinically unremarkable nonverbal development
- •- adequate communication ability (in German), to perform speech testing
排除标准
- •-progressive course of hearing impairment
- •-cognitive impairments
- •-children with multiple disabilities
- •-Interval of CI fitting greater than 12 months with bilateral fitting
- •-insufficient knowledge of German
