Inclusion Criteria
PCOS diagnosed 15-40 years, cases and age-matched healthy controls of any ethnicity that willing to consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants who cannot come for the follow up 2. Inflammatory arthritis or any lower limb pathology which precludes yoga 3. Other known causes of infertility and androgen excess
4. Severe endometriosis 5. Severe male factor infertility 6. Documented severe tubal bilateral pathology

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1 To study the hormonal parameters, metabolic parameters, and anthropometric measurements in PCOS pathogenesis, inflammation, and oxidative stress marker, pre and post-yoga intervention and compare these data to healthy controls. <br/ ><br>2. To perform psychological and clinical assessments/analyses of the association among disease activity, menstrual regularity, quality of life, the severity of depression, and stress pre and post-yoga intervention, and compare these data to healthy controls.Timepoint: The sample will be collected at 2-time points <br/ ><br>1. Baseline at 0 day <br/ ><br>2. After yoga at 45 day

Name Time Method Dysregulated transcripts and miRNAs in PCOS patients and determine molecular pathways in disease pathogenesis.Timepoint: 24-36 months
