Inclusion Criteria
Healthy female adults in age group of 20-50 years from Manipal and Udupi.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant female adults, Gestational diabetes, type 1 and 2 diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular diseases, Renal Disorder, Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome, Thyroid Disorder, below 20 years and above 50 years.
