入选标准
- •Patients 18-75 years old, with a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the stomach with T stage equal to or higher than T2 (including patients who received neoadjuvant therapy) as assessed by CECT and/or intraoperatively
排除标准
- •1.Unwilling to consent for the study.
- •2.ECOG status >2
- •3.Developing hemodynamic instability during surgical procedures.
- •4.Bone marrow suppression.
- •5. R2 resection .
- •6.Patients found to have widespread metastasis (not amenable to cytoreduction) or an unresectable lesion, evidence of extensive para-aortic/retropancreatic lymph node metastasis on imaging.
- •7.Active systemic infection or any associated medical problem that has an unacceptable risk for a major surgical procedure.
