入选标准
- •The study participants were: People living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA) 18 years old or older; PLHA who received healthcare services at FMT or the four SAEs; and PLHA who had had at least one visit at any of these health centers.
排除标准
- •The study did not interview patients who were visiting the health center for the first time at the time of the interview. The reason for excluding these new users is that patient satisfaction questions corresponded to the last consultation, which would be irrelevant to patients who were visiting the health center for the first time. The study also excluded patients younger than 18 years.
