Inclusion Criteria
1. Non â?? medical staff who are within the age group 25 â?? 60 years.
2. Non â?? medical staff who have minimum 5 years of working experience in the TMH & ACTREC.
3. Non â?? medical staff who able to write, speak and read English.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Para-medical staff working in biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, OPD or any other technical staff.
2. Non-medical staff who is under the treatment for cervical cancer.
3. Non-medical staff who will not be available during the data collection period.
